That moment when you make landfall and come alongside is always MAGICAL! Here in St Lucia, the crew was welcomed with cocktails from the @arc_rally and fellow sailors on other yachts came to congratulate our crew.
Especially, @inekevanderweijden - Skipper on one of the @rubicon3sailing yacht - came to give a big hug to our 1st Mate @phoebe.unfurled . Ineke is Phoebe’s mentor as part of @themagentaproj and has been supporting Phoebe through her career development. Ineke is also a Skipper for @panexplore.
We are very proud to support women in sailing and create job opportunities for the women of @themagentaproj and beyond!
