NEW 2027 ITINERARY!

Late summer in the Pacific Northwest offers long daylight hours, thriving marine ecosystems, and ideal conditions for exploring the intricate waterways of the Salish Sea. This voyage is a hands-on coastal sailing adventure through forest-lined channels, wildlife-rich passages, and protected anchorages shared between the United States and Canada. With shorter sailing legs and tidal navigation challenges, this trip balances seamanship, exploration, and time ashore in charming harbor towns.

You’ll also get to

  • Stand watch and take the helm in sheltered coastal waters
  • Learn tidal planning and pilotage through narrow island channels
  • Practice sail handling and trim to optimize boatspeed
  • Spot orcas, seals, sea lions, and bald eagles
  • Anchor in protected coves and explore small island communities

Sailing with Panexplore means you’re not just along for the ride. You’ll be part of the crew—standing watches, trimming sails, navigating, and learning as you go. Whether you’re building miles, confidence, or simply a deeper connection with offshore sailing, Panexplore voyages are designed to be immersive, educational, and rewarding.

Our onboard cuisine is inspired by the places we sail through. Our galley follows a local & ocean-inspired philosophy—prioritizing local produce, coastal flavors, and fresh catch when the ocean provides. We can cater to specific diets, just let us know!

If you have any medical conditions, recent injuries, or concerns about your fitness level, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before booking. This expedition is not suitable for individuals with severe mobility limitations or certain medical conditions. Your safety and enjoyment are our priority, and we want to ensure this experience is appropriate for your physical capabilities. Please contact us should you have any questions or concerns before booking.
