On Sunday, we set sail from Grand Cayman! Ā Weather was awesome, partly cloudy with a 17 knot breeze from the east; on a broad reach all day. Ā Among the excitement was Shanley cleaning the poop deck three times. Ā We gained a new visitor, “Rusty” the cormorant, and well, he decided to relieve himself on Shanley among other things while she was driving. Ā As of night fall it looked like Rusty was bunking down for the night. Ā We’ve had great meals so far including a tasty pastaĀ creation from Tom. Ā Our youngest sailer, Alexandra (15) is really jumping into things, including lifting a 500 lb dingy all by herself.
