✨NOW ACCEPTING DECKHAND APPLICATIONS✨

We are looking to fill two positions for the role of deckhand onboard Sea Dragon for the 2023/24 sailing season. The two time frames are:

1. November 18th - March 6th (San Diego to Panama)
2. February 29th - May 1st (Panama to Bermuda)

The ideal candidate is working towards getting a sailing certification and looking to gain blue water experience and sea time. We are looking for sailors that are motivated, have strong interpersonal skills, a good attitude, enough sailing experience to lead a watch (once getting up to speed by Captain and Mate), and a sense of adventure!

The role includes (but is not limited to) assisting Captain and Mate in sailing Sea Dragon, helping with cooking/provisioning, boat maintenance, capturing photo/video content, and periodic blog posts.

This is a voluntary role with travel and insurance covered and a stipend upon completion.
