Crew Blogs - Communications from the Field

Past, Present and Future - team members of Sea Dragon Expedtions take the time to communicate from the field. These are both important sources of information on our work...and insight to the life, emotions and aspirations of the Expeditions.

Sea Dragon has departed Cape Town South Africa on her longest research journey to date. She and her crew will run north to Walvis Bay Namibia, onto the oceanic island of St. Helena and the set a course WSW to Montevideo Uruguay.  This will be the third crossing of the South Atlantic Gyre, continuing our work assessing marine debris at sea.
